Generation Next

An invitation to speak at the Monroe Middle School 2011 Career/Hobby Day gave Jim, the owner of Faith Engineering, the opportunity to inspire students with insight into our business and involvement with the community.  Jim demonstrated the many people and tasks needed throughout the production process of our equipment — illuminating students with thoughts about their career options which they may not have otherwise considered or even knew existed.

Jim encouraged the students to extend their education past high school to get an advanced education or develop a skilled trade.
