We are proud to announce our newest machining service — Waterjet cutting!
A waterjet is a tool capable of slicing into metal or other materials (such as UHMW) using a jet of water at high velocity and pressure, or (as in our case) a mixture of water and an abrasive substance. It is also the preferred method when the materials being cut are sensitive to the high temperatures generated by other methods. Waterjet cutting is also considered a “green’ technology as it does not produce hazardous waste, reducing waste disposal costs.
Faith is committed to continually improving our machining operations while maintaining very competitive pricing. Waterjet cutting reduces the time taken to create the more complex and difficult shapes, keeping your production costs low. Parts cut by the Waterjet will have been designed first in CAD, using the latest technology in waterjet cutting software. The use of a Computer-Aided-Drawing provides a very repeatable cutting process, not available with most other cutting methods.
